for a joyful spring retreat in the lap of mother nature right at the powerful
unique cretan southcoast. after a long winter we will dive in to our own nature of
unfolding into life again. immersing into the deep yogic practices of meditation, nadam, kriya,
asana and pranayama in order to defragmentize old tendencies and habitual thinking patterns
and to open towards a space of creative, conscius awarness. so we may include all life
and not exclude ourselfes from it!
